Create: Minecraft Mod Wiki>Shad3Guy1212 Added some flavour text, pointed out that the Placard doesn't do anything with the Comparator, nor does it allow you to rotate items you place into it. Used Deployers to compare the pulse length between a stone button and the Placard, turns out they're exactly the same. Added a Gallery with a gif, hopefully that's alright. |

The Placard is a decorative block used to display items. It can be considered Create's counterpart to the vanilla Item Frame.

Usage[edit | edit source]
The Placard is primarily used to display items for decoration. It emits a short Redstone pulse, the same length as a stone button, when right clicked with the same item it is holding. Unlike Item Frames, it will stick to Contraptions, and items cannot be rotated once placed inside. The Placard also does not interact with the Comparator; there will be no redstone output regardless of whether or not an item is inside the placard.
