Block components:

Materials:

Put the Copper Ingot and the Zinc Ingot into a Basin heated by a Blaze Burner underneath it (this can be done manually or not)
Mix the ingots with a Mechanical Mixer over the Basin

Done! Take your Brass Ingot out.

Engineer's Goggles could be used to follow the process.
