As of the current version of Create, there are 5 ways to generate rotational force.

Power Generation Blocks

  •  Hand Crank (while player interacts)
  •  Water Wheel (while touching flowing water)
  •  Windmill Bearing (with at least one sail attached)
  •  Encased Fan (facing downward, powered by redstone, and directly above a heat source) (Removed 0.5)
  •  Furnace Engine +  Flywheel (must be attached to a furnace, smoker, or blast furnace with a 1 block gap between eachother)
