Smart Observer

Belt Observers is an item that functions like a vanilla observer but unlike an observer a Belt Observer can only detect item that are in a belt. One feature the Belt Observer has is that you can filter what items/blocks it detects. When it detects the block you have informed it that it should detect by right clicking the little panel that is on the front the Belt Observer will send out a redstone signal to blocks around it
