Bulk Washing

"Washing" is accomplished by placing a Water Source Block or Water Flow Block (of any flow level) within the white particle stream produced by an Encased Fan powered by rotational force of any speed or stress level, which causes the remaining white particle stream after the block where the water is placed to become blue particles.

Any item that can be affected by "washing" that stays within these blue particles for eight seconds will transform into its "washed" output.
