A Nozzle distributes the effect of an Encased Fan in all directions.

Usage
A Nozzle can only be placed on the face of an Encased Fan. It redirects the effects of the fan in every direction except directly behind it, pushing or pulling entities toward or away from the nozzle in a range one block shorter than the range of the fan itself.
The effects of nozzles stack with others nearby. A cluster of nozzles at maximum RPM can easily send the player hundreds of blocks in any direction.
Players that are Sneaking or flying in creative mode are unaffected by the nozzle.
