Adjustable Chain Gearshift
The Adjustable Chain Gearshift functions similarly to Encased Chain Drive, but can change the speed of the output with a redstone input.

Usage
With a redstone signal on the input, adjacent Gearshifts will change speed output depending on the strength of the signal, maxing out at double. With a redstone signal on an output, the speed of said output will be decreased, being halved at most.
