Obtaining
Framed Glass can be created by using Glass in a Stonecutter and selecting Framed Glass
Framed Glass can also be created by dropping Glass on a vertical Mechanical Saw until Framed Glass is created. If a Framed Glass filter is applied to the Mechanical Saw, any Glass dropped on the saw will become Framed Glass
