Radial Chassis
Radial chassis are used to rotate blocks when powered by a bearing. You can right click on the sides while holding a slimeball to make them sticky.
Radial chassis are needed in order to make a windmill, in which they have to be powered by a windmill bearing, which needs to be powered by a generator.
