{{Item
Super Glue is an item that acts as an adhesive, like slime. The main difference between Super Glue and Slimeballs is that Super Glue does not need to use the wooden face of a Linear Chassis block to adhere blocks to each other. Super Glue has durability and is not one-time use, unlike Slimeballs.

Connecting Blocks
In block-by-block mode, super glue is used just like a Slimeball. Right clicking on a Linear Chassis or Radial Chassis while holding the super glue, coats the face of a chassis with green glue allowing other blocks to be attached.
Right-clicking on a block while holding Super Glue will apply the Super Glue to that face of the block. When a block is connected to another using super glue, it will spin or move along with any blocks connected. Super Glue can be applied to Chassis blocks in the same way as slimeballs.

When Super Glue is in the player's offhand, any block placed will have Super Glue placed behind them.
Super glue can also be held in the off hand while placing blocks to automatically glue each block individually. Note that the edges of chassis cannot be coated with glue like the face can. However, while holding super glue in the off-hand, blocks can still be attached to the edges of chassis.

Using Super Glue on a wooden face of a Chassis will apply it to the face you used it on, and using it again will apply it to all of the other wooden faces.
Remove glue coatings from the faces of chassis by right clicking with an empty hand while sneaking.

Once a piece of Super Glue is connecting two blocks together, that piece of Super Glue will only be visible while holding Super Glue.
Area Mode
Area mode is used to glue collections of blocks together after they have been placed.  Glue a 3-D section of blocks by right clicking a block on one corner of the section while holding the super glue. Move the cursor to the opposite corner of the section. A green box will appear indicating the blocks which will be glued together. Right click again to complete the glueing process. To abort the process, right click while sneaking.

Super Glue has durability, meaning that it can be used many times before being fully used up. A Super Glue can be enchanted with Unbreaking and Mending to extend its life.
The second block can be up to 24 blocks away from the initially selected block and the maximum volume of selection is 2312. No matter the size of the selection, only 1 durability will be used. Overlapping instances of super glue will combine while keeping their shape. Note that the game will not allow you to select the face of a chassis in area mode, it will instead revert to block by block mode. To select a chassis in area mode, click on the side rather than the face.

Glued areas can be seen simply by holding the super glue in the main hand. Glued areas will be outlined in green. Note that blocks glued by first coating a surface with glue and then attaching a block (as in the Block by Block Mode) will not show a green outline. However, blocks attached with the super glue in the off hand will show a green outline.

Usage[edit | edit source]

Super glue has two modes of application: Block by Block Mode and Area Mode. These modes can be intermixed on the same contraption.

Each use of the super glue decreases its durability by one. (Durability in this case means the number of times that a tube of super glue can be used. The glue attaching blocks is permanent until removed.) Super Glue can be Enchanted with unbreaking and mending to extend its life.

Block by Block Mode[edit | edit source]

In block-by-block mode, super glue is used just like a Slimeball. Right clicking on a Linear Chassis or Radial Chassis while holding the super glue, coats the face of a chassis with green glue allowing other blocks to be attached.

Super glue can also be held in the off hand while placing blocks to automatically glue each block individually. Note that the edges of chassis cannot be coated with glue like the face can. However, while holding super glue in the off-hand, blocks can still be attached to the edges of chassis.

Remove glue coatings from the faces of chassis by right clicking with an empty hand while sneaking.

Glued area outlined in green.

Area Mode[edit | edit source]

Area mode is used to glue collections of blocks together after they have been placed. Glue a 3-D section of blocks by right clicking a block on one corner of the section while holding the super glue. Move the cursor to the opposite corner of the section. A green box will appear indicating the blocks which will be glued together. Right click again to complete the glueing process. To abort the process, right click while sneaking.

Pre 0.5[edit | edit source]

The following section describes content that exists only in outdated versions of Create
This feature used to be in the mod but has since been removed.

Pre 0.5 used only the block by block mode of application.
